Spend the night on the boat under anchor or at a remote dock. The space is limited but the adventure is expansive! Under the guidance of our charismatic captain, perfect for enthusiasts seeking a full sailing immersive wilderness experience. Cooking aboard and on shore, take a hike, explore a tide pool, or simply log the miles under sail as we search the horizon for whale spouts and soak in the glacial-topped mountains of Kachemak Bay. Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy for Multi-Day Sailing and Glamping Excursion We are excited to offer you an unforgettable adventure combining sailing and glamping. Please review our booking and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience. Booking Policy: A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking for the multi-day sailing and glamping excursion. Full payment is due 30 days before the scheduled departure date. Reservations are considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received and processed. Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation by Guests: More than 30 days prior to departure: You may cancel for a full refund of the deposit. 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. Less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund will be issued. You will be charged the full amount of the booking. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel after the specified time frames, a 20% late cancellation fee will apply, deducted from the total booking amount. 2. Cancellation by the Captain: The Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by the Captain, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided to the guest. Weather-Related Cancellations/Postponements: Due to the nature of the adventure, the Captain may cancel or postpone the trip within an hour of departure due to unsafe or uncomfortable weather conditions. In this case, you will be notified promptly, and we will work to reschedule the excursion or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. 3. Changes to the Booking: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Modifications will be subject to availability and may result in additional charges depending on changes made. Customer Communication: We are committed to clear and timely communication. If any changes occur regarding your trip or if weather conditions may affect the schedule, you will be notified immediately, and we will work together to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
